Hey far. I am up for a chat. I am just about to make another cup of coffee and take dog out for a walk soon. It is morning here in the UK. But I have a bad knee and it’s hard to walk.

Hey butterflyy …!!! Was up…!!! My uncle just had his neck surgery… he grew muscle inside his neck and doc successfully cut that thing up… he is fine now…!!! Recovering…!!!
