I used to have voices that were horrible to me 24/7 and moans,gunshots and screams.
I had it for years but they went away so things can get better.
Hope you will find a medication and dose that helps you and find lots of support and understanding,kindness and help.
I suffered being a teen but things got better n I hope they will for you too.
