I just finished the final season (a year after it came out lol)
Elliot Alderson in Mr Robot has disassociative personality disorder. But very similar to Schizophrenia. I have a few things in common with him.
I also have a crush on Carly Chaikin who plays Darlene, but she’s getting married soon.
Also have a crush on Grace Gummer and Portia Doubleday. They’re all gorgeous.

Yeah it is an awesome show.
I love the anarchist overtones, the DID, the cinematography, the complexity and the acting. I love the ending too.
I have had dissociative breaks in the past, so love this theme plus this is my politics too.
Love the whole show!

I’m surprised no one else has replied. People are missing out.

Yeah I watched in 2017 I liked the first episodes. But my attention span is low for tv show so I end up skipping a lot . Great show though I like the “honeypot” scene hacking scene

I’ve heard of it I’m very interested in how the DID character is portrayed.
Where can I watch it?
I watched the first couple seasons. It was really good. A bit confusing however.
I only watched the first season,
But my sister worked on the show for years.
She said the cast and crew was mostly awesome.

I liked the politics but was quite disappointed with the whole DID thing.

Facile?? Sorry I’m not familiar with what that means
Too cheesy and cheap, but that’s just my opinion I sort of enjoyed the first season, but stopped watching it after that.
The DID alters have knowledge and sight of each other, well the main ones do.
It is not a realistic portrayal of an actual DID case, but the story is imaginative and compelling and gives you the feel of DID.
It is nice to think of having alters as cool and intelligent as he is.

Hmm I guess I’ll have to watch to see.
Cause alters can be aware of each other and even communicate a bit. Obviously it’s limited though.
DID is kind of a messy condition tbh
I’ve split in my mind a few times. I’m very aware I’m split. The joys of being a potentially CIA project.
I am! One of the best shows I’ve ever seen. Was worried with what they would do with the final season, but I thought it was a fantastic ending.
