I was a late 90s kid. Well born in 1990 but I barely remember anything before 1995 or 1996

i remember a lot of bands from the 90s, i was born in 89. but hanson, nsync, backstreet boys, nirvana, savage garden, Eiffel 65 (blue da ba di dabba di - or something like that ) also i listened to a lot of 70s classic rock bands with my dad thats how i know most bands like CCR, Styx, Queen, Blues Brothers, ZZ top, George Thoroughgood, lynyrd skynyrd and more. some of the tv shows was pinky and the brain, beast wars, johnny quest, dexters laboratory, lots of cartoons, back then WWE/WWF wrestling was very common and nascar. i seen a meme a while back about the 90s and it was of a family knocking on the door and saying "i was just in the neighborhood so i figured id stop by and then another one was saying about how when someone knocked on the door you would slide in your socks towards the door lol.
i had a NES and sega genesis got a playstation too. mostly played zelda, kirby, and the duck hunter with mario on nes, played super smash brothers on sega and some dinosaur fighting game that was like mortal kombat. jurassic park was big back then. when we got a computer i didnt know how to install star wars the phantom menace game on computer so my mom asked my uncle to install it and i just remember him saying it takes patience with the computers back then. but i also played where in the world is carmen san diego and oregon trail a lot at my gmas

I didn’t get into classic rock till my 20s almost but we have so many of the same interests as a kid lol it’s crazy. Zelda was my favorite game.
In the 90s I listened to the bands you named and “now” I think and it had a lot of Those barenaked ladies type bands.
Then it was 2000 I really got into hip hop with nelly 50 cent and Eminem

yea my first music video i saw that was hip hop was ice cube today was a good day on mtv i think back in the mid 90s… but i got really into hip hop and rap around 2004/2005 or so
