Dopamine and negative symptoms after using anti-psychotics After using anti-psychotics we get negative symptoms. I personally use Olanzapine 20 mg single dose before sleep (night) Resperidone 4 mg single dose before sleep (night) Ziprasidone 40 mg single dose before sleep (night) Because of these anti-psychotics I’m free from positive symptoms to a greater extent, not completely free but these anti-psychotics come with pronounced negative symptoms. Do you guys know any promising non dopamine related drugs?
