Is this true? Now I’m terrified to take seroquel
Not from what i know. However, brains that are not medicated and experience psychotic episodes show damage.

I’ve read that both psychosis shrinks brain matter as do antipsychotics. However psychosis shrinks brain matter at a faster rate so by going on aps, you slow down that rate. I will try to find the article now
Does an antihistamine (Seroquel) shrink your brain? I think not. It probably causes increased gray matter in prefrontal cortex. I’m not joking. I’m serious I looked it up.

Within my own understanding of med’s they over time will effect your Brain due to being a class of drug, like all drugs when taken everday will have detrimental affects upon the recipient, they targeted the BBB or Brain Blood Barrier this is what will short your capacity.
