Anticholinergic use tied to dementia

“In adjusted analyses, use of bladder antimuscarinics, antipsychotic drugs, anti-Parkinson drugs, antiepileptic drugs, and antidepressants was significantly associated with 65%, 70%, 52%, 39%, and 29% increased odds of dementia, respectively, among individuals with the highest anticholinergic use compared with nonuse.”
