Has anyone else experienced this? There’s plenty of times there will be objects but I’ll see through them as if they weren’t there. It pisses my fiancé off. For example, we were leaving a store and I seen an empty parking spot. While we were driving past it a car appeared and looked like it was slightly rolling back (as if someone set the break) and I freaked out because I thought this appearing car would hit us.
Yeah happens to me too. Super weird. Like once when I was looking at my fan on the ceiling it just…went away…and there was just ceiling.
Sometimes I wonder if this is not just our brains getting lazy and not wanting to register it anymore. I mean our brain deletes our nose from our field of vision unless we want to be consciously aware of it.
Hmmm. I’m wondering if it’s the way schiz makes us process things. Maybe our brains see the background behind it and just try to fill in the blanks. I think you’re pretty spot on. Glad I’m not alone with this though.
Happens to me when I’m looking for something and it is right in front of me. I’ve been getting better at it though. I’m putting things where they belong so I can very proudly find them later.
