Answer isn't always med change

Anyone have PDFs of workbooks, exercises, coping skills or links. Thanks?

Sharing PDFs of workbooks is piracy and is illegal. Please don’t do it on a public forum.

Check your local library. They might have some books available as an e-book download.

I don’t think that’s what that reply meant. They didn’t say not to share it, they said not to share it on a public forum. :smirk:

I can dig out workbooks for ptsd, anxiety and phobias, and depression and send you their names. Let me know.

Break free of all the proselytizing put there. Living doesn’t need to be all that tedious work.

Okay so far I started reading, Rewire: Change Your Brain to Break Bad Habits, Overcome Addictions, Conquer Self-Destructive Behavior.

Oh, I was just going to recommend workbooks. Let me know if that’s what you’re looking for.

I was originally looking for the workbooks but then i found this 1. Thanks i will deff let you know!

ya, I stopped watching conspiracy stuff and I feel clear-headed and much happier. I might skip the increase in vraylar from 6mg to 12mg by changing my behavior. I think if I quit energy drinks and cigarettes, I will not need a medication change and can work and go to school someday.

Just don’t skip the increase without telling your pdoc. Yea, anything is possible. Your brain has plasticity
