I love your way with colours!
I’ve noticed you use mostly black, white and grey, but you use them so well

Idk if I can paint but I wanna giv it a shot, I usually used pencil or chalkoal or pen.
One day I’ll get my paints out I do have some from GCSE

Do ittttt! Im of the opinion that everyone can and should paint and draw, or create something, without worrying if it’s good or not. The fact that no one has ever and will ever paint or doodle the exact same thing is awesome to me. It should just be fun haha.
Feel like there is no good or bad with art. It’s doing it that’s therapeutic, not the end result.
My parents find some of them creepy, but my dad and sister paint too so there’s art all over the house. They always encouraged it:)

I’m afraid as former hairdresser who was perfectionist in his work,I can’t release my self from doing anything that express my self and my emotions at some point.I’m to inhibited to do paint work.My problem is that I would like to draw or paint now,since I don’t work any more and I feel devastated that I can’t do any more work that fulfilled me.

Just try not to worry! Focus on a feeling and smear some paint around and don’t worry if it’s good or bad.
There is no such thing as perfect !
I just find it soothing and pleasing to do, if I don’t worry about how it’s gonna turn out. It’s okay to waste paper and not keep what you make. It’s ok if it looks awful. I throw out more paintings than i keep. You have to make a whole bunch of mistakes , it’s a process
