The kids are going to make themselves chicken subs so I’m not obligated to make food. Not sure what I want to eat. I’m thinking a ramen bowl or maybe mac and cheese.

Chicken subs sound delish!
I made Mac and cheese last night, the type that doesn’t require butter or milk. I mixed in a can of tuna to get some protein in me after my workout.

I’m making sausage gravy and biscuits for dinner. But I’m having lentil vegetable soup instead.
