This abilify just has me stressed. All my muscles are tight. Constant headaches. Sweating constantly. Overall feeling radiated like waking up with ears ringing and just and overall I’ll feeling in my body. Dunno if there is a name for it. But old memories keep surfacing and current circumstances worry me. Most of the time it has to do with social things. But I realize that most of the time I’m worrying about how other people are acting, it’s me that’s probably acting weird and saying the wrong things.
That doesn’t sound very good, can you get ahold of your pdoc to see if there is another Rx you can try?

I dunno what my options are. I need something sedative that won’t make me gain weight.
It’s terrible going through that kind of stuff. Fight through it the best you can. Maybe relaxing music or concentrating on a task of some sort like crosswords or drawing. I agree with Csummers. Tell your doc about your reaction/symptoms asap. Hoping for the best possible outcome for you. Take care.

Thanks guys. This is why I wanted to go orals. Maybe it will even out I only got the shot like. 4 days ago. I guess the positives are that I am taking care of myself showering eating spending time with people, cleaning. I will try some journeying and meditation see if that helps.
