I have caused such a headache for my nurses and doctors. It is not fair on them. might ask to go back on the depot if possible. I am a dick.

Do you think perhaps your other AP needed to be increased slightly when coming off the depot?

Yeah think you might be right @firemonkey. Two hours after my morning quetiapine I felt fine. So maybe an increase in that.
