Am I ill or is this conspiracy real

Feeling my beliefs are 100% real and its taking its toll. People keep telling me all the usual ‘your mind is playing tricks on you’ ‘you’re unwell’

Someone please save me from this hell.

Sitting in hospital and not sure whether to open up to the docs or not they may be in on it.

Tell your doctors everything

How long have you been ill, there seem to be alot of newbies on this forum. People complaining about the kind of stuff which only effects you in the first episode.

If you don’t mind me asking what are these “beliefs” you have which seem to be 100% real? Are they really far out delusions or just mild stuff?

Sometimes the doctors see problems where there aren’t any.

About a year and a half and haven’t really been medicated. Theres too much going on but I’d rather not say too much on the site feel like people are watching.

I just come here for support to be honest because at least I can talk with people that can understand rather than been called crazy.

I’m not going to start getting all authoritative on you like I know everything or something, but I think you should do what seems right at the moment and try and learn from your mistakes.

Okay thank you for your advice

I’m going through something very similar. It sucks not knowing what’s real. I don’t know it I’m right or my doctor is. I don’t know if I’m sick or actually some sort of prophet.
Lets get clinically healthy before we decide.
Hang in there! <3

Definitely tell the doctors everything. They don’t care about some vast conspiracy. They only care about earning money and continuing to be doctors. If they were part of a conspiracy and someone found out, they would lose their medical license and become dirt poor. It doesn’t make sense for them to take that kind of risk.

That’s great advice. @princess, Get stable, take your meds regularly. I get the impression you’re not med compliant (i.e don’t take your meds regularly).

I actually take them every morning like clockwork. They just aren’t the right ones yet. I’m still in the earliest phases of treatment.

The injections are very good for a lot of people on here. They are nice, because you don’t have to remember to take it every day.
