My feet hurt. It’s throbbing pain, it actually started a few weeks ago but now it hurts worse. Probably from being on my feet all day.
If you don’t have insoles try picking some up. Might delay the pain. If you’ve already done that, you might want to see about requesting a stool if its applicable.
Yes, you’re right about the insoles, I have some. But I’m a janitor and most of my work requires standing.
Ah, sorry. I don’t know much else to suggest.
maybe try a different shoelace setup if you feel they’re constricting your feet. Certain ways of lacing your shoes can give em more flex.
Not sure what would help. I used to push carts, before onset and then shortly after that I didn’t have the energy to work.
Good idea. My feet are a little swollen. Thanks.
Soak your feet in some epsom salts if you have them. It can make a huge difference.
I recently developed peripheral neuropathy in my feet and soaking them for a half hour before bed helps so much.
Sorry you’re hurting, pal. Go barefoot around the house would be all I know to do.
Maybe compression socks could help
Someone else told me that too.
Yes, my shoes are off and that helps.
