can you recommend me a medicine besides 15mg Olanzapin for calm down.

I take hydroxyzine. It’s a mild nerve pill similar to Benadryl. You can take it 3 times a day. It mellows me out.

never heard of hydroxyzine.
It’s a prescription antihistamine used for anxiety and it’s not addictive
