Acetylcholine supplements and drugs that block it

I am currently taking 10mg Olanzepam and have noticed a reduction in my memory and was wondering if taking supplements that (supposedly) increase acetyl-choline in brain would help with that ? I was thinking of taking some choline supplement like alpha-gpc or maybe even a acetylcholinesterase inhibitor like galantamine or huperzine.

Any thoughts/experiences ?

It has been only a month since my dosage got upped from 5mg to 10mg. Might it only be issue at the beginning of starting the AP ?

The voices i hear are still there and my psyciatric recommend of switching to clozapine as i have tried around 5 different anti-psychotics and have gotten little help. I did a bit research on pubmed and found that clozapine might be the answer to my problems and maybe enable me to continue my studies someday. Still not 100% sure if i will try it as it is kinda heavy drug and many potential side-effects.

Sorry if my english is not that good, long since i have written this language.

Cheers

Olanzapine is good…

Maybe ask your doc for a higher dose before u switch. 10 mg is still low

It usually takes eight weeks before a drug starts working properly in your system. By then, hopefully the negative side effects will have worn off.

I get too much side effects from higher dose of olanzapine like memory working really bad compared to the time when i only took 200mg quetiapine at night. Also clozapine is the most effective medication, which means that with it my chances of getting my life to a better condition would be better(if it worked and no bad side effects).

If you’re interested in upping your acetylcholine synthesis, you’ll need the precursors to it, which are acetic acid (Vitamin C) and Phosphatidyl Choline.
