I was arranging my medicine strips(blister pack) 15 mins ago. They were on floor.
And I accidentally stepped on few of them, can that damage my meds ? Whats worst case scenario ?

Worst case is you have a few pills that get a bit crushed.

Are the crushed? Take the larger pieces and take them when it’s time if they are. You seem to have med anxiety? First wet hands now this, I’m sure they’re fine! And not bad to take

No problem, only thing to be concerned is if there any dirt on floor, your foot etc. Crushed tablet is not an issue and need to make sure you take all crushed powder as if omit some then the dose will reduce.

You sound like you have OCD tendancies with all these questions.
The reason pills are put in blister packaging is to protect them by having each pill in its own pocket in the blister pack. Incidental minor mishaps like stepping on the blister pack or touching the blister pack with damp hands shouldn’t be an issue.
Try to stop worrying about this – it’s really not something to be concerned about. Perhaps try to distract yourself from worrying about your pill blister packs by occupying your time doing something relaxing that you enjoy.

Get a pill box man. Once filled those things can be dropped and stood on and they are fine
