Are they… Addictive?
I mean. I was living many years without them.
Now, I only take them for only several months, but I noticed I cannot live without it.
If I don’t take it - I feel horribly depressed, anxious.
Or it simply means… I am way too depressed?
I honestly started overthinking about what meds do. Also all these conspiracy theories.
What do you guys think?
Hah I am a bit overactive here on the forum today

They are not addictive, they supply something your brain is missing. Like a normal med.
What do they have to do with conspiracy theories?

I mean there are many theories about antidepressants. On how they’re supper addictive and etc.
At least I heard such theories.
But yuuup you’re right probably. Maybe my paranoia also plays a role today.

Idk, I can’t find anything on the internet about that at the moment.
Honestly, in my country big percentage of ppl thinks that MOST medicine for mental health are addictive and bad.

I wouldn’t say addictive. I used to be on them, eventually as I improved more didn’t need them.
