Abilify withdrawal?

Hi!

I tapered down from 5mg to 1mg to nothing in a week’s time. Probably not my smartest move. I have intense tachycardia (120+ bpm 24/7) and insomnia. Is this abilify withdrawal or symptoms of geodon, which I’m starting on?

Can anyone help me figure this out/offer advice?

It is bad! Do you think this is withdrawal or geodon symptoms? I got an EKG recently to check for long qt syndrome as I know geodon can cause that, but nothing showed up except the severe tachycardia.
