Strange that it’s just 300 I’ve been on 750 to 1500 to stay in the therapeutic range. I’m also around 200 lbs. I’ve found the ability to modulate it based on seasons / feelings very helpful

I’m going to ask to up the lithium next week.
Latuda caused practically the same side effects for me as Abilify. Actually my anxiety was even worse on Latuda. They function through the same mechanism, but Abilify is cheaper.

You could try lithium orotate. Lithium orotate is not prescription but you can buy it online or over the counter.
Since I’ve been taking it I feel so much better. You can try it before you try the pharmacy type called lithium carbonate. With lithium carbonate you have to be prescribed it because it’s used in toxic doses and you also have to have constant blood tests. But with lithium orotate it’s safe because you only need small amounts because it’s easily absorbed.
After trying lithium orotate I can say I feel GREAT!
I’ve never tried the pharmaceutical type “lithium carbonate” because I’m scared of all the blood test you need to take with it.

Blood tests are required every 3-6 months. It’s just more often in the beginning
