So eventually I blocked him on Whatsapp. A few days later he texts my mum (whose not related to him) and asks her if she can get me to message him because he wants to fix me up with someone wtf ???

It sounds really iffy. How does whatapp work? Can he see that he’s been blocked?
He can tell I’ve not seen his messages he can’t see my picture or when I last logged on
