It almost did me @dougRN I cancel my injection and got it a week late in the end. But then I realised this person has an agenda and this is just getting ridiculous and out of control and nobody should be listening to this garbage.
Sometimes a drug that doesnt work for someone else is a life saver for others. I happen to be fine on invega
I am also fine. I have been low and flat. But improved with an anti depressant.
I got my prescription this morning at pdoc, same Invega 9mg pills, i donât have problems
Nice cup of relaxing tea now.
Glad @anon51414962. I just moved and had to change my doctors surgery. I am waiting to hear back from them within the week about them taking over my injection
@anon51414962 and @Qwerty. I support people stating side effects and problems they have but just bashing it is not healthy either.
They discourage people to take it by saying invega shot is HELL
I agree I think it is causing a problem on this forum
I am in the US and the FDA requires pharmaceutical companies to state side effects but they dont bash the drug and say dont take it.
The toss around, I donât know @Qwerty
Goddang these meds
@Qwerty i think youâre wrong
Steph has sz from what i know
Jane doe doesnât have it (she tried only once the shot)
I took it at 156 and it did nothing for me at all. Didnât touch my symptoms.
234 is great. I donât even need risperdone now.
What makes me mad is that when we discuss how it helped someone pops in with 8 paragraphs on how it doesnât help them because reasons.
Itâs rude. Also Iâm not reading any long post because I just donât care enough anymore.
Stef said she was misdiagnosed when I asked her what she was on that was so much better. On her other posts I think it says she was bipolar.
Bear in mind that just because someone states they believe they were misdiagnosed doesnât mean they were actually misdiagnosed.
Your post comes over as trying to be subtly anti meds and not succeeding. Ie dramatic comments like-
btw there are 4 injection psych meds of late that have some pretty nasty side effects/withdrawal symptoms, so bad that parents are going on line seeking help for their children (regardless of age)
Even more of what comes over as scaremongering tactics .
being prudent and (loss of words here, memory problems still persist) to look forward and to plan ahead??? is just something that is natural to me. i donât mean to scare anyone here but bring awareness to the fact that it is happening more and more.
i see how it has affected this site of late and i donât wish for the (more loss of words) ethos? structure? spirit? of this site to be completely shook up by it.
giving something back for this whole time iâve been reading but not actively participating.
Discussing your own experiences with a medication is one thing, but making these types of unsubstantiated statements is not helpful.
