A real mess in my diagnosis

What helped my therapist and others get a diagnosis for me, was I would journal down anytime I felt something off, like when my moods would change, and record how long they were going on for. I also recorded all of anything abnormal, such as any hallucinations or delusions I had.
If you second guess writing something as it goes for experiencing or feeling, don’t hesitate to write it down.

This is where it should be about treating the individual’s set of symptoms rather than tailoring treatment based on a diagnosis. People are often more complex than the rather simplistic diagnostic systems.
