I haven’t had a smart phone for the last year or so. I went retro and got me a nokia 3310, which they still make.
There’s a lot less stress now. The only time I check the phone is when I get a message. And it doesen’t need to be charged more than once a week.
Eventually I plan to go back to a smartphone, but I’m kind of working on deaddictifying myself from it. I want to have a smartphone and only use it when required, not use it for recreational stuff.
