I made a lot of mistakes growing up. I was not accustomed to feeling so helpless.

Yes it’s true of every self-help program. They make all kinds of promises of how it will work out and then get to the point that you seriously have to work for it. Nothing comes easy especially when you are sick for life.

I thought life was gonna be great for the rest of my life when I was a kid and teen. Didn’t realize I’d be broke, mentally I’ll and that so much bad stuff was gonna happen in the world.
