I guess one reason I don’t take showers as often as I used to is because I have to see myself naked. It’s an awful sight.

My old bathroom I had time to prepare and get dressed before looking at the mirror. Or just ignore it all together.
Now where I’m at the mirror is like right across from the shower -_-
Insecurities set in, “Do I need to lose weight? No way. I can still fit in my pants.” “I think I need to do some exercises later.” “Ugh I can’t get my cap on fast enough to hide that bird’s nest that’s become of my hair.”
Doesn’t help either the shower stream is weak and doesn’t quite hit hard. Not soothing at all.
Have just thrown out all my peanut butter
