I go to the other room and occupy myself with something else.
Usually the only thing I cook in the microwave is chicken wings. It takes 15 minutes to cook and cool down too. I’ve gotten better with my patience over time on this matter.

Lol my mom takes over an hour to cook a meal often. Sometimes way more.
