My parents take every remark as a critic, aka badly. For instance, dad has been away for a week and I asked mom what they have been discussing on the phone cause he doesn’t usually talk to me much on the phone, to which she retorted that my comment was out of line and added that ever since kindergarten I haven’t been easy to talk to because I always tend to zone out. Which isn’t true, I am simply bad at small talk and don’t share the same interests with them. But dad truly avoids talking to me while away.

Families are for those who flee the normal life as you can see but if one is sick in the pack you better believe they’ll turn it back

I have a relative who has basically cut me out completely. Her daughters still talk to me and we are great, but ever since I told their mother about my voices, she isn’t the same towards me.
I can say with certainty, more family members have turned on me over this illness, than I’ve turned on because of the illness.
