I wish there was someone who could give me a motivational speech! Someone I’d listen to, someone I admired, who said cool things! First I’d take a shower and shave and then go out to the pharmacy and buy toilet paper.

I once read a chapter of Epictetus’ first discourse and got enough courage to prop me up for years!
I just got the idea that all of us are overprotecting ourselves. Does that help?
