Been taking my antidepressants and they seem to be working pretty good! Also lowered my abilify from 20mg to 15mg and everything seems okay. Been packing stuff for the move (gotta be out by the 13th of September.) Trying to get a tattoo appointment scheduled but my tattoo guy won’t respond 
also planning to visit a friend in November. Excited and anxious about that! Hope everyone is good!!!
