Okay, I do need to say this. Original DX: Disorganized SZ with a poor prognosis. That’s the medical equivalent of being written off. At age 23, no less.

I’m being trained for commercial line, but am also being cross-trained to handle personal line when the folks on that side of the office are swamped.
