I would avoid everyone today stay indoors and try to focus only on yourself and your needs. Even if they try to make a ton of noise ignore it, play music or watch tv ?

Wow. The upstairs just went kaboom to the floor they’re obsessed. Obsessed drug addicts. They also listen for if we have sex. It’s funny but sad.
Sorry you’re suffering @roxanna. I would definitely try some crocheting or beadwork or something to take your mind off of it all. I doubt anyone’s gonna hurt you. Sounds like paranoia.
