A banana a day!

I’ve been eating one banana in the mornings as long as I can remember. There are a lot of good benefits on mental health! Check this link:

yeah me too, I love fruits. I’ve been also reading really good stuff on watermelon especially to lose weight.

Don’t really like bananas
I can tolerate them in a smoothie
I like grapes, satsuma, strawberries

Perishable good are to difficult for me to keep around.

There is a brand of juice/smoothies that I drink when I’m feeling behind on my plant matter consumption.

There is a lot of sugar and acidity to them though. Can give me a headache and an upset stomach.

yeah. I have good memories of eating watermelon with my grandparents. She also ate grapefruit nearly every morning. Lived to be 96.

Grapefruit can interfere with the digestion of a lot of medications.

Had a friend tell me that not knowing I was sz. I had been drinking grapefruit ale daily for a while at that point. The more you know.

I have cheese salad very day now, tomatoes, lettuce, spinach, onion cucumber

yummy :relaxed: I make a salad called Fattoush. Look it up.

Salads are fun u can put what want in
I liked adding beet root or pickled red cabbage
