In my humble 2 cents it looks like it might be a really good film.

I think they even wrote a book about this case study.

Take care.

My ex pdoc was saying “I can bring you 50 people who claim to be Jesus. Who is right? You or them?” and i told him “I am all beings of past, present and future, both Jesus and Pilate, that’s the difference”

I actually think that watching something like this that could be triggering - is good for confronting your state of mind - to experience the discomfort and to challange it. You wanna understand why its triggering - so you can take the “fear” outta it. :face_with_monocle:

Personally, I wouldn’t find it triggering.

Have you seen the movie Glass ?

In Glass, 2 schizophrenics and 1 person with DID are placed into a psych ward because they believe themselves to be superheros.

The 2 movies essentially have the same concept.

On a side note: Glass is a more deeper than what I’ve described. It’s a pretty cool movie tbh

That’s ridiculous and absurd; everyone knows that I’m really Jesus Christ.

I wanna go back in time 2000 years and write a story about the magical goose man from mexico who throws potatoes through windows, just to see if people are worshipping him/claiming to be him when I time travel back.

I’ve read the book it is based on. It’s a good read. The sociologist said he felt guilty years later because they messed with the patients delusions by setting up fake letters and scenarios as experiments.

I think it would have been more interesting if he had studied three patients who believed they were Bruce Springsteen. Thunder Road anyone?
