I hate having to quit a job, its ironic to me because i have fired people before but now I’m nervous about putting in a 2 weeks notice.
My 2nd job has full time opportunities, much higher pay, guaranteed hours, and fun coworkers.
I just feel bad leaving my 1st job because I’ve built relationships with the co-workers i like and Vice versa and they are distraught that i would be leaving.
Oh well, life happens hahahaha
You have to do what is right for you. I have worked with family for the last five years. When they retire I have the same decision.
Two weeks notice sounds good! I have to give three months.
What other opportunities does this 2nd job have?
