Yeah… whats rooted in everyones mind is like watching pop culture series and films from US that a guy has sex with like 16 year old with a consent and still goes to jail because of statutory rape law. Even in some states in US you can have sex from 16 year old

LoL, I remember when I was 16. I wanted to have sex, too. I had a better chance of being struck by a falling meteor than successfully getting someone my age to have sex with me (I was a “loser” who was short until 12th grade).

Im from lithuania and age of consent here is 16 years old. I know i wouldnt be technically breaking the law. There is a reason why im having second doubts, because im paranoid sz… i just needed some confirmation. Also shes a trans girl, mtf, and is reeealy rare to find girls like here in my homophobic country. I always ask for a consent even sending some nude pics…

I can’t imagine having sex with someone that is technically still a child. Mentally, too. The brain isn’t anywhere near mature at 17.

She’s a 17 year old child and you’re 10 years older than her. Regardless of the question of legality, no, you shouldn’t have sex with her.

I say do the math. Ask her dads age and her moms age deduct her age and if its close go for it as her family probably just don’t care…
