I have gone 1 month without psychoactive substances besides nicotine, caffeine, sugar and prescription meds. Its been really hard. Ive had periods of depression, psychosis and suicidal ideation but ive made it and feel really good about it. Im so grateful to have all the support i have in my life and wouldn’t know what id do without everyone in my life. So thank u. There might be times where i get depressed or crazy but im gonna do it without going for temporary relief.
#Well done Kazuma!
Proud of you Kazuma! You really need some wins, and this is a great one! It’s incredibly hard and you did it! Congratulations
Good job…
That’s the best news
Really is better news than Pokemon go servers being back up
But seriously man, that was probably the hardest part of recovery you just did. Congratulations!
Me too man
Well done @Kazuma I know this has been a really hard time for you so you should be proud of yourself for getting through one month!
Here’s to many more months of sobriety ahead!
here is one of my storys
being sober so many months (from marijuana wtf)
realizing literally everything in life is a drug
get high as ■■■■ on homemade pancakes and soup
get drug tested comes up positive for opiates because I ate poppy seed bread
lose my ■■■■ and forgot I ate the poppy seed bread
ask doctor if the pancakes set it off
blue papered
in the hospital for 5 minues and the ■■■■■■ doctor orders me a shot
get restrained
don’t react well to the shot
after getting the shot I’m pleeding for death
get hospitalized for 2 months
Ah, Rabbit, this makes me so happy to hear. Nice work!
Well Done! One step at a time
that is GREAT…and it will just get better and
better…keep up the GOOD WORK you probably
feel very proud of yourself. Warms my heart to
think someone else has made the decision to
take control of their own life too!!
Congrats @Kazuma
You are doing great.
Good luck ! Its gonna be tough but you can do it !
31 days for me
I’m at aa right now…starting in 20 mins
@Kazuma and @turningthepage That’s really great news. Pats on the backs for both of you. I once felt possessed by a friend who was an alcoholic and I felt just like him. It was tough. But it can be done because I worked with a friend who did it. She also said it helped her know who her friends were because before, people would drop in just to drink her booze. She deserved better than that and so do you.
Congrats…
Congratulations @Kazuma!
Best of luck to you!
Thanks everybody! I try and this time im truly trying to care about myself and its so obvious staying away from drugs is my way of loving myself. Hopefully things in my life start falling into place so i can have success and be useful to others. But at least with sobreity im giving myself a fighting chance and not giving into my illness whether it be alcoholism or mental.
Congratulations @Kazuma. I’m so glad you’re doing well. I’m rooting for you!
Fabulous news well done xxxxxx
