Continuing the discussion from Art I’m starting to like:
Last time I did this I was introduced to many artist and paintings or sculptures that were new to me
and I was reintroduced to some art I had forgotten about…
I was just wondering… what art is everyone liking today?
Lawren Harris… Canadian Painter who I’ve been liking very much every time I see more of his work.
Julian Beever… amazing sidewalk chalk artist.
WOW that chalk art is mind blowing.
I can almost hear the boat motor echo and the loon call…
Very pretty… so are the men heading out… or going home?
I’m not into “high art” as I’m more appealed to “low art”. But I have to say I’m now a follower of Julian Beever. Outstanding stuff.

This is a very lovely house… I take it, this is a real place… he’s a local artist?
I like the serenity of his work.
I would have clicked on ‘like’ because his work seems to show amazing talent; but, I can’t read the Chinese characters around the rim of his drawing, so I don’t know if I ‘like’ what he is trying to say. 
Here’s one of his earlier works… he got larger scale and more complicated as he got more of a following…
Wow, the sidewalk chalk artist is very good! I love that surrealism type of art, kind of like Salvador Dali and Rene Magritte’s art.
