Memory and sleep improved after reducing benzo dose

My memory has much improved after i reduced my benzo(clobazam) - from 20mg to 15mg. I also sleep less now.

Im taking my benzo for seizures, I just hope i dont get seizures after reducing the dose.

My wife has seizures and have found L-Theanine helpful, clobazam loses its effectiveness after time.

My pdoc said tolerance doesnt happen on clobazam,

Either he is lying just to get me on clobazam to increase compliance or he is telling the truth
