Hypersensivity to all stimulations includes hypersensitivity to perceived threat

I dwell on things most people dismiss after a minute or two, but after I take the problem to the end of it’s possibilities, which can last for days, I bury it deep and allow a natural solution rise from the ashes, which is only a surprise to others- not me.

It’s not a logical sequence to be done over and over for everything, but a give and take, like a good conversation where one has to know when to talk, and equally important, to know when to be quiet and listen.
