I didn’t have a cell phone for 11 years but I never left the house, I would answer my house phone calls at the time. Then I moved into a group home and the staff took my phone calls.
I’ve had a few phones, I did not like iphone at the time and had a few lemons (palm pre, sony playstation phone) so I try to stick to samsung or motorola. I am currently using a Samsung 20FE that I got refurbished from my provider. I love it! I hope it lasts a long time. Like most people on here the battery could be better but if I can get a full day of hotspot use I’m happy.
I’ve never used a Samsung phone. Only iPhones.
I remember that phone. That was the it phone. You had to have it. ![]()

My first cell was a Motorola Razor, then I got a Moto Z-4, which I still have. I also have an iPhone SE with a different carrier as my “lifeline” phone…my mom pays for the Moto on her account, so I got the Lifeline phone for when she dies and I can’t afford Verizon anymore.
Had Nokias in the early 2000’s 8850, 3330 and when iPhones came out got the 4s, 6s, 10, and now got the 13pro.
Mine phones last me years. I never take the mobile out the flat. Just got a Google pixel pro 7. £22 month over 3 years.
Theres only 4 numbers in it. Mainly just for family.
I had the exact same phone. It was my first phone.

Battery lasted like a week too!!
Had that one too.
2007 Blackberry Pearl
2010 iPhone 4
2013 LG G2
2015 Asus Zenfone 2, had an Intel Atom chip
2017 LeEco LePro 3
2020 Xiaomi Redmi 9
I dropped the Zenfone while playing basketball and digitizer stopped working. I wish they still made Intel chips, Intel has big potential.
I got my first smartphone, an iPhone 6, in 2015. I got my second, the 11 pro holiday 2019.
I guess I’m due for another, but my 11 hasn’t really become obsolete the way the 6 did. It still holds a respectable charge, has little to no input delay when typing, and serves its purpose.
I don’t play high powered mobile games, so there’s not a real huge reason for me to upgrade. I will probably wait until ios stops supporting my model.
I went from
