I love sausages. I love making a nice sausage casserole.

I’ve had Cumberland, I’ve never tried Lincolnshire.
My favorites are Italian and Polish (Kielbasa) sausages

Cumberland are my favourite too, i dont think ive had Lincolnshire sausages.
Depends really. Cumberlands with egg and chips. For a sarnie though I prefer a Lincoln for its sage and more herby flavours.
I like all really. Particularly some of the many hundreds of German and other Central European types. Look out for Käsekrainer, which is very meaty and studded with cheese. I prefer Ketwurst over Hot Dog too.
Oh, and has anyone had those Farm Shop sausages? Sage and Leek?

in America there is blue and gold breakfast sausage…it was the best and I got it because I had some ppl in the family in FAA (farmers assoc. of america)…haven’t had it in years…I love Jimmy Dean sausage or just the baby sausages…lovely for breakfast with syrup.
