Medication forms the foundation of my recovery. It was up to me to build on top of it, which I have. Meditation can be a great way for others to build on their foundation. Without meds, however, don’t expect any recovery you build to be stable. No foundation, right?

Abilify is the drug to watch out for if one is concerned about cognitive function. The others not so much.
