I checked the address now (it’s my first time hearing of it) - yeah, I get the same message.
The web admins have behaved very unprofessionally, not letting you know in advance this was going to happen and why.
They may not have known, either.
Seems that the forum itself is working if you go through google search it’s just the front page.
