Would this amount of food fill you up in a day? (pictures!)

This is what I have had throughout today. Not the healthiest stuff, I know, but I feel really full and don’t know if this is a normal amount of food to get full on so opinions please.

  1. A large gingerbread latte with cream on top

  2. A gingerbread man cookie

  3. A starter of garlic bread with mozzarella and caremalised onions ( I had 3 or 4 pieces, I can’t remember)

  4. Spaghetti pomodoro (I had about 1/3 of this, plus a piece of my auntie’s pizza)

For me personally, this is just like a small dinner and dessert. I do know that it’s hard to eat a lot when your stomach is shrunk though. Maybe your body isn’t quite used to a good amount of food.

How was the latte?

@Jesspresso I think these threads are your attempt at trying to justify your eating disorder. Nobody thinks you eat a healthy amount of food. Please keep asking to see a specialist that is trained in eating disorders.
