I sent my mom earrings. She lives far away. But my daughter and I will spend the day together. I’d have to make a vegan dessert though because my daughter is vegan.

I bought a small cake for my mom, chantilly cake with vanilla bean frosting. I’m not a great baker so I thought store-bought would be a safer bet.
