@far_cry0 Are you allowed to eat meat? I remember you did eat some. I forgot which religion forbids a person from eating meat.

I’m going to have a whey protein shake with milk for breakfast.

I eat chicken mutton only …beef is not allowed in my country…i dont like pork …!!!

@far_cry0 Is beef not allowed to be eaten because of the sacred cow? Pork are from pigs… very fatty sometimes. I like eating whole chicken breast.

I taught my 16 year old son how to make veggie rice soup just now. So we’ll be eating veggie and rice like @far_cry0 for dinner for a couple days. Yummy right far_cry0
