Me! Me! To my own surprise. I have been so depressed and tired lately but today I was well all of a sudden. It was sunny and i have been riding my bicycle and sitting on a terrace and playing in the park with my son and chatting with my friend on the phone. And all the time I was happy and energetic. I had a good laugh with my friend.

Not bad, could be better. I slept in, then drove across town for some business. Came home to relax and I gave my roommate a ride to McDonald’s so he could buy himself lunch but as a “thank you” he bought me a couple of sandwiches there. Then I went to Walgreen’s to pick up some stuff and on my way out I donated a dollar to a woman who sits in front of the store at a small table asking for donations for the homeless. I came home and cleaned my car, now I’m just relaxing and I will do some schoolwork later.
I’m having a pretty kick *ss day.
I’m having a great day. Went to confession and mass this morning. Prayed Lectio Divina this afternoon. Been on Sz.com all afternoon and having a great time. Went down to dinner at 5 pm and had a great supper of stuffed sole and pineapple upside down cake. Yumm! Now, I’m back on Sz.com I’m thinking about practicing piano and taking a shower today. I also have to do my yoga practice. I just got done meditating. That always makes me feel good. Yes, today is a great day. I always love it when I have nothing serious to do. And nowhere to go.
I’m having a pretty excellent day! I released a new book, which is absolutely not appropriate for this forum (it’s extremely adult-themed), and I got to spend time with friends and family all day!
