3:08 here, can’t sleep. Took meds and hope they knock me out. If I’m up at 4 still I’m staying up.

It’s 830 am here. I’ve been up since 630 am though. Slept good last night.
It’s 9:50pm here. I am very tired with the radio turned on. Am going to end the day with a soothing shower.
